Our new sax player Paul was unable to make this rehearsal, so we took the opportunity to run a few covers and a few originals for the first session, then took a break, and then worked on our two new songs, All I Can See and Beggin Darlin Please. Both are really coming along and it was quite a productive rehearsal. Recording note: I plugged the H4n Pro directly in via USB as Ive been doing for a while now. Definitely much easier than having to copy a WAV file off a flash drive -- the audio ends up right on my laptop and can then be excerpted and cut up. Dont even need to run Logic Pro to do this. You can just use Audacity. This has been my technique for the last few rehearsals and it has really streamlined things.
