Lots more time spent playing actual songs. Paul asked that we spend less time playing solos and more time working through organized or predetermined portions of the tunes and it had a great result of us really running the list way more thoroughly. Many more times now we call a tune and just execute it. I love this level of organization in a band and its great to see it happening again.
