Another rehearsal that Chase was unable to attend. The beginning of this rehearsal consisted of us playing cover tune recordings for each other and talking about what all we might add to our setlist. All that has been chopped out. We did decided to do Work Song and Kyle did his best on the vocals for that (since then we have decided to get Paul to sing those vocals and Chase sing the main vocals for the rest of the song, but thats still under discussion). Meanwhile, we worked out Mercy Mercy Mercy and made it way more solid. Then Paul started just calling songs that he felt could be tighter and we just ran the melodies and scripted forms of the songs to try and get our act together. Not very much improvisation in this recording, but its good to have it documented nonetheless. Note to self: I have been trying to do better abotu using the ID3v2 tagging when possible. Eventually the idea would be to produce a library of ALL Gato Recordings and related recordings. This would need some serious categorization. Bink.js really ought to read and write ID3v2 tags.
